ABOUT US
From Thames Ditton to New Malden, at Care Lodges, our flexible adult residential care homes pride themselves on a flexible person centred approach that ensures every service user has a care package suited to their unique needs.
In each service there is a team of skilled and dedicated staff in sufficient number to meet the individual needs of every person living in the home.
Each Service user is encouraged to take an active part in their life at the care home through resident meetings and one-to-one time spent with the staff.
We encourage our service users to engage in meaningful activity, ensuring a balance of self-care, leisure and productivity (employment/education).
We regularly assess and review the support, safeguards and environment we provide to our service users. This is aimed at encouraging the positive risk taking that is required to ensure progress is achieved.
